Dear Frank, The website you created for Yoshiko last month is just beautiful! We can't help being proud of it and I confess we are bragging to all our friends and family. We've received many, many unsolicited compliments already. It is so unusual these days to make an agreement with any kind of service provider and then have everything done that is expected and on the time frame that was agreed. You not only did that, but you really exceeded our expectations in the creative aspect.
